Scrumptious Yee Sang Feasts in IOI City Mall

The season of lion and dragon dances, red lanterns, mandarin oranges, angpows and cherry blossoms have arrived. Chinese New Year celebrations are nothing without a delicious Yee Sang serving which brings together the entire family or good friends.

Yee Sang or Lou Sang is a Cantonese-style raw fish and chopped vegetables salad tossed with delectable seasonings that symbolises prosperity, abundance and is believed to bring in good luck. There are some restaurants that still prepare Yee Sang in traditional style, and there are others which are bringing in loads of innovations in their choice of ingredients and techniques.

SUSHI ZANMAI (LOT L2-30 & 31)

“Prosperity Yee Sang” at SUSHI ZANMAI consists of strips of fresh salmon, mixed with shredded vegetables, pepper, oil, and a variety of their owned-made sauces and condiments which are tasty and delicious.
