Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing a loyalty programme and E-Commerce for the Group’s retail, leisure and hospitality units.
• Take charge to recruit merchants and members to participate in the loyalty programme.
• Handle all liaison work with all participants and the service provider for the implementation of the system.
• Handle all operations of the loyalty programme and E-Commerce and handle all documentations required for the implementation of the programme.
• To advise on the feedback received from time to time for the purpose of improving the programme and system.
• To conduct market survey and prepare market/competitor analysis.
• Assist on marketing collaterals which are related to the loyalty program and E-Commerce.
• To provide support on Loyalty Programme and E-Commerce activities within the Property Division.

Requirements

• Good command of verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-oriented, critical thinking and dynamic
• A team player and can work well with other colleagues
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or other related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience preferably in rewards/loyalty &  e-commerce programme
• Knowledge in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalent
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays as and when needed

Description

• Oversee all Mechanical and Electrical (M & E) equipment and installation and ensure all are in good and proper working order
• Able to supervise a team of Chargeman/Wireman/Handyman on daily job function
• Conduct daily check and inspect on Main Incoming Switchboard, Power Factor Correction Board & all other sub-boards, Fire Fighting Panel(s), Electrical Fixtures/Fittings for any irregularities and replace/repair wherever necessary
• Conduct daily check and inspect water level, battery water level and diesel fuel level on Generator Set Radiator
• Attend to all complaints on Electrical/Mechanical receive from Tenants/Management
• Submit monthly M & E report to the Management with appropriate comments and recommendation
• To assist in all other related job functions as and when required

Requirements:

• BO - 33kv Chargeman Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga is a must
• At least 5 years' working experience in commercial building/retail mall
• Well verse in M & E installation
• Possess knowledge in technical SOP, systems and processes
• Flexible and able to work analytically in a problem solving environment
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)  in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to multi task, possess strong organisational and time management skills
• Able to work in Putrajaya

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting tasks.
• To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations.
• Ensuring that all technical and maintenance problems issues is handled in a timely manner.
• With skills in wiring & electrical is an advantage.
• Respond and report appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as arise.
• Prefer experience in handling CCTV is an advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/'Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work independently, self-motivated with high level of commitment and integrity
• Able to work in Putrajaya
