Responsibilities

  • To take responsible on the security operations and overall security activities in the Company.
  • To conduct regular patrolling in the building and its surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of shoppers and Company’s properties.
  • To ensure crime prevention with appropriate measures are being carried out to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • To prepare the daily report, incident report, defect report, etc.

 

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Minimum SPM qualification or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the security field
  • Ex police officers/Malaysia Armed Forces will have an added advantage
  • Disciplined with no criminal record
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Willing to work on shifts and overtime

 

Physical Requirements

  • Minimum heights to 163cm
  • Minimum weight of 50kg
  • Normal color vision
  • Physically fit with no disabilities

Responsibilities

  • To service customers with utmost courtesy and as necessary, guide them to their intended locations.
  • To attend to customers (both shoppers and tenants) complaints and refer to Executive or Manager on duty in necessary.
  • To provide comfort and care to children who are lost and attend to them until their parents or guardian claim them.
  • To be on board shopper shuttle as tour consultant as scheduled.
  • To distribute internal circulars to tenants as required.
  • To assist the Executive as necessary to check all tenants’ opening and closing time daily.
  • To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all counters and equipment e.g. baby joggers, wheel chairs and power shoppers, including display of brochures at every service counter.
  • To provide gift wrap service to customers.
  • To be responsible of all Customer Service related matters.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent or with 3 years working experience in front line servicing customers/guests in the service industry
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral & written)
  • Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be an added advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Warm personality and pleasant looking
  • Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day to day visitor use of a specific group of activities.
  • Ensure user adheres to the activities safety.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and safe to use all times.
  • To disseminate information on what is going on in the park e.g. parties, corporate, events or school group.
  • Participates in all trading and performs all other duties as assigned.
  • To attend customers’ needs and to provide excellent Customer Service.
